All customs and import taxes charges for global orders are payable by the client.

Depending on the destination of the shipment, the nature of the items, the transactional value of the order, and/or the package weight, different countries impose additional taxes on orders.

Before placing your order, check your local information for any additional fees or taxes your order could face upon import. Any delays or fees associated with customs procedures are not our responsibility.

Your local authorities will get in touch with you if you need to pay extra customs and fees on your order. A fee will be charged for keeping the package at the depot if you fail to pay the required charge or charges within a period of seven days. If you are unable to pay these fees or choose not to, we are unable to replace your order or issue a refund.
